Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great for exploring downtown Aguascalientes but the noise from the main road was disruptive. The room was clean, but the coffee maker being far away was inconvenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the service enjoyable. The continental breakfast was basic, not meeting the expectations set by others. Overall, it was decent value for money considering the convenient location.
I was thrilled with the hotel's prime location right in the heart of downtown Aguascalientes. The rooms, although a bit old-fashioned, were comfortable and clean with ample hot water and good water pressure. The service was exceptional and highly responsive to all our needs. The dining experience, while not as elaborate as expected, offered natural products. Overall, a great value for money stay in a perfect central location.
The hotel is perfectly located near one of the main plazas in the city, offering a great vire from the rooms and being right in the city center. The rooms are big, bright, and although old-fashioned, they exude a sense of luxury. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable. The dining experience may lack variety, but the service is excellent. Facilities, though functional, could use some modernization.
